Potatoes have a sweeter flavour. Versatile in its use they can be steamed, broiled, grilled, stir fried and baked. A good cooking practise is to prick the potatoes slightly with a fork before cooking so that they are thoroughly cooked. They go well with salads, marinades, and make great starters.
